March 26/27, 2011 - Steve Shope Clinic. Steve is an accomplished ASCA handler and  judge. The clinic is available to all levels of dogs and handlers. This clinic is sponsored by Colorado Australian Shepherd Assoc. at www.coloaussies.org or contact Becky Parker at keegar@earthlink.net . 

July/Aug. 2011 - Practice dates TBD.  Practice dates give handlers an opportunity to work away from home in order to prepare for upcoming trials.

January 21, 2011 - Mill Tour. Join Angora Goat Breeders for a tour of Spin To Fiber mill tour. The mill is located just outside of Kiowa and processes many different types of fiber in addition to mohair.

May 28, 2011 at 7pm- ACTHA Volunteers Meeting.  On June 18th there will be a ACTHA trail ride at the Greenland Open Space to benefit the Colorado Horse Care Food Bank. Volunteers to help day of are needed. If interested, contact lanahorton1003@gmail.com

June 10/11/12, 2011- Estes Park Wool Market The Colored Angora Goat 2011 Nationals Show will be held on Saturday. Classes, fiber demos and lots of animals. The best fiber show in Colorado!

Summer 2011 -  1st Annual Tomahawk Ranch Open "house/barn"  Stop in and see the herd, see stockdog demos, spinning demos, or go for wagon ride.
